Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your product after you have received it, that is very unfortunate  But you can just send us an email ([email protected]) or send us a message via our  Contact Page  and we will find the best way to resolve your issue and satisfy your needs.

If we are unable to, our return policy lasts 31 calendar days from date of purchase. No exchanges will be permitted after the specified time frame. 

To be eligible for all returns, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept items that are intimates, bodysuits, swimwear, accessories, flash sale and sale items. Also free items and items with discount and promotional codes.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards
* Downloadable software/digital products
* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where shipping cost are covered for item/s: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if you have been qualified are rejected for a replacement item/s.
If you are approved, then your replacement item will be shipped back to you within 3-5 business days after receiving it. Size exchanges are also permitted. We accept size exchanges in which the customer is responsible for all additional shipping fees.If your item does not fit we will gladly exchange it for a different size. However, you must notify us at [email protected] and ship the item back within 7 business days after receiving it.(If the item is not returned in its original form or condition after thorough examination it will be denied for an exchange.) In the package you must include a note with your order number and size needed. Not including a note may delay the exchange process. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees and will be emailed an invoice for the new shipping cost for the replacement item.

Purchases will be eligible for a partial refund only if they haven’t received there item within 31 business days of order dispatch, the customer can request a refund if one desires by emailing us at [email protected] with order number as well as tracking number proving that the order has not been delivered.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged not in its original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. If you need to exchange it for the same item or different item of equal value, send us an email at [email protected] and we will provide you with a return address to which to send your item/s to.

Shipping

To return your product, you should send us an email at [email protected] about returns.So we can provide you with a returning address to send your item/s .

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s (unless upon receiving item/s and they are not in its original condition, damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.) Upon receiving returned item and it is approved for a replacement, customers will be responsible for all shipping fees. Customers will be emailed an invoice for the new shipping cost for the replacement item. Depending on where you are located, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
