 ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are atleast the age of majority in your state, province or residence or you are the age of majority in your state, residence or province  and you have given consent to allow any of your  minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our product for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor  may you, in  the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (included but not limited copyright laws). You must not transmit any  worms or viruses or any code of destructive nature.A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Kosmos Republic will not be  liable for any errors in  shipping addresses provided by the customer and will be subject to the item returning  back to us before  receiving a replacement item.Any changes of addresses are subjected to the  management’s approval  and orders that are shipped / completed are strictly non editable. Kosmos Republic is not responsible for orders dispatched to any incorrect  addresses provided and cannot give refunds on the shipping . Any  reshipment of items must correspond with  the address found in the initial order and cannot be changed nor substituted with another address, design or brand of the item.The management  reserves the right  to refuse reshipment based  on incorrect addresses and  are not liable for the inaccuracy of addresses provided by the buyer.

Any changes made to an order will be the sole responsibility of the buyer and is subjected to the approval of the management. The buyer has the right  to make changes to the order within the  ‘Change of Mind’ period, which is within 3 hours of the initial order being made.

All purchases are eligible for an Item Guarantee Period of 31 working days , in which if the buyer has yet to receive anything within 31  business days of order dispatch, he or she will then be eligible  to request  for a replacement item or refund if one desires.

Please Note: Purchases will be eligible for a refund only if they haven’t received there item within 31 business days of order dispatch, the customer can request a refund if one desires by emailing us at [email protected] with order number as well as tracking number proving that the order has not been delivered.

 Our return policy lasts 31 calendar days from date of purchase. No exchanges will be permitted after the specified time frame. 

 

Returns/ Exchanges are not eligible for items with a discount or promotional codes as well as free items. Several types of items are also exempt from being exchanged and returned. Which includes all  bodysuits, accessories, swimwear, flash sale, and  sale items.

We accept size exchanges in which the customer is responsible for all additional shipping fees.If your item does not fit we will gladly exchange it for a different size. However you must ship the item back within 7 business days( size exchanges only) after receiving it. (If the item is not returned in its original form or condition after thorough examination it will be denied for an exchange.) In the package you must include a note with your order number and size needed. Not including a note may delay the exchange process. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees and will be emailed an invoice for the new shipping cost for the replacement item. Size Exchanges are not permitted for return after the 7 business days time frame given.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, you will only be credited for the product(s).You have 31 days after you  receive your item(s) to be eligible for a return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) unless the item received was not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reason not due to our error. 

Shipping cost are covered for item/s if and only if :

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service which provides tracking or purchasing shipping insurance.  We DO NOT guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once your item is received we will inspect and notify you if your item has been approved or denied for a replacement item. Please return it in the way you received with original packaging. Shortly after, you will receive a  replacement item/s of equal value once your item(s) have been approved. Once an item is sold out, the item will still display for sometime as we give the option to our customers to provide their email to be notified when and if that item is restocked.  However, display of a particular item or size online is not a guarantee that the item is available. In the event that a customer purchases an item on line which is no longer in stock, we will refund in full the amount paid for that item plus any applicable charges.
